Looking Back at May – and Ahead to New Designers in July

May flew by in a flash, and it was packed with creativity and connection. I had a brilliant time taking part in Dulwich Open House, where I exhibited my handmade jewellery in the beautiful surroundings of Kingswood Arts Centre — a grand manor house originally built for John Lawson Johnston, the inventor of Bovril.

I was fortunate enough to be showing my work in an elegant room alongside a group of incredibly talented painters, sculptors, and fellow artists. It was a fantastic setting to meet visitors, share my process, and talk about the inspiration behind my sea-inspired jewellery designs.

Now I’m turning my attention to July, where I’m thrilled to be exhibiting at New Designers Selects, held at the Business Design Centre in Islington from 2nd–5th July. I’ll be joining over 20 other innovative designer-makers for this special curated event.

I’ve been busy creating a brand new Wave capsule collection in recycled silver,  copper and brass, inspired by the movement and textures of the sea. I can’t wait to showcase it at the event and see how it’s received.

Wish me luck — and if you're in London in early July, come along and say hello!
