Shipping Information
In stock items will be posted to you within 1 - 5 days, for made to order jewellery please allow up to 14 working days. If you do need a piece for a specific date, please mention this and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
The jewellery you have bought will be delivered to the shipping address you have given when you placed your order, please double check all details to make sure that they are correct.
All jewellery posted to a UK address will be sent via The Royal Mail, using Recorded Delivery (a trackable, next day service) or first class post. For international shipments, The International Tracked and Signed For service will be used, costing £10 to Europe and £15 for the rest of the world.
Return & Exchange Policy
Hopefully you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, I offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please notify me within 14 days of purchase, if you are requesting a return or exchange, you then have a further 14 days to return or exchange any item, as long as it is unworn, in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to hello@shirleynelsonjewellery.com. Please note in the case of returns, original shipping costs and any duties/sales tax paid will not be refunded. As regards exchanges, new postage costs will apply.
Sale items and custom order pieces are exempt from the above.
